Assistance with social and community participation is an individual support. It helps individuals participate in community activities they enjoy but cannot participate in independently in. We offer activities in Western Sydney.

Just because your mobility is limited, or your condition makes it a bit more difficult to get out and socialise, you should not miss out on community participation. Whether it is going to church, going out with family or friends, or joining a new group, our friendly and passionate support workers will be able to assist you. We will ensure you get there and back home safely, or we can also provide you with company to do something you enjoy like going to the movies or out for coffee.

Accessing this support will help you to work towards achieving your goal of increasing your social and community participation and form new relationships in your local community.

Are you eligible for social and community participation?

If you are aged between 7 and 65, a local area coordinator as well as our support coordinators can help you to understand the NDIS, and help you with your application.
