Assistance with household tasks is a core support under the NDIS. Core support funding helps you to work towards goals, and it is based on what is ‘reasonable’ and ‘necessary’ to pursue your goals, in addition to the support provided by family, friends, and other community and government services.

Assistance with household tasks means you can live in your home independently with support to do daily living activities such as cooking your favourite meal, cleaning  to keep yourself organised, lawn mowing or you might like a vegetable garden but find it challenging to maintain it.
If you are in Western Sydney, one of Efficient Care Services team member will visit you in your home for several hours each week, depending on the support you need.
