Efficient Care Services assist with life stage transitions for people with a disability to help them through crucial life stage transitions. Some of these transitions include leaving home for university, getting the first job, changing job, or retiring.

We are aiming to:

Are you eligible for assist life stage transition?

If you are aged between 7 and 65, a local area coordinator as well as our support coordinators can help you to understand the NDIS, and help you with your application.
