We deliver a range of flexible support services which promote independence, while assisting people with disability to lead their best life possible and achieve their goals. Support may assist in many aspects of your life, including independence, involvement in your community, education, employment and health and wellbeing.
We can also help you navigate the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and will work closely with you to identify the supports you need to live your life to the fullest.
Assistance with daily personal activities
Efficient Care Services can assist with personal activities in your own home, or in a shared living arrangement such as supported independent living.
We ensure your daily routine is achievable and manageable, and that you are not at risk of harm and are complying with safety procedures.
Assist with life stage transition
We understand that starting a new stage in life can be challenging for everyone. Some of the transitions include leaving home for university, getting the first job, changing job, or retiring. We aim to offer you the best assistance possible, no matter the transition phase you are going through.
Assistance with travel & transport
We understand that transport is an important part of freedom and independence, as it allows you to see friends, get to work, and travel around town.
Our team at Efficient Care Services can assist with making the booking, hiring a suitable vehicle, and plan your trip.
Group & centre-based activities
The Group/Centre Based Activities support is designed to assist and encourage participants to join in community and participate in recreational and social group activities. Our goal is to nurture an inclusive and stimulating environment in which participants are free to meet new people, make new friends, participate in activities, and learn new skills, while they are socialising and having fun.
Specialist disability accommodation (SDA)
Some people living with disability have very high support needs. This could mean they need to live in a specially designed house. We call this specialist disability accommodation.
At Efficient Care Services we work with real estate agents, and we can find participants the most suitable SDA in your area.
Assistance with household tasks
Efficient Care Services support our participants to live as independently as possible. We do the tasks they cannot do themselves and supervise them doing the task they can do. We can assist with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, laundry, showering or grooming.
Social and community participation
We can assist participants to engage actively in social, community, civic activities.
Efficient Care Services offer programs & recreational activities, and we encourage participants to take part based on their level of interest and capabilities.
Daily tasks / Shared living
We offer assistance with and/or supervising tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing.
Our expert team members will support you in every way, whether it is teaching you to live with others while ensuring you can fulfill your responsibilities around the home.
Supported independent living (SIL)
Supported independent living includes things like having someone to help with cooking meals, grocery shopping, cleaning, and help with personal care such as laundry, showering and dressing. It helps participants live as independently as possible and build their skills. Our staff are approachable, experienced, and they are happy to help.
