Efficient Care Services are a family-run business in Western Sydney founded by Daniel and Deborah Ibe. Daniel was a registered nurse for almost a decade as well as a disability support worker before he founded Efficient Care Services. He loves caring for people, and he is happy to be able to pursue his dream of supporting people with a disability. 

Deborah’s background is similar, she has been working in a nursing home as an AIN for about 15 years. She loves working with people, and help them live their best life.

Both Daniel and Deborah take pride in maintaining high values and client focus, it is what motivates them every day.

The staff at Efficient Care Services are trained to be capable, responsible and aware of participants’ needs. They help participants every day to reach a comfortable living standard by providing individual care and creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
